That's completely normal, and I take it seriously. During your consultation, I'll explain everything in detail so there are no surprises. On the day, I work at your pace and you can take breaks whenever you need. Most nervous clients tell me afterward that it was far better than they expected.

Will you judge me for not knowing what I want yet?

Can I see the design before committing?

Yes. I never tattoo anything that hasn't been approved by you first. You'll see the design ahead of time and we'll refine it together until you're fully confident. On the day, I'll also place the stencil on your skin so you can see how it looks in position before we begin.

No. I don't do same-day tattoos. The consultation is about understanding your vision, and the design process takes time. This ensures the final result is exactly what you want — not something rushed.

Will you design the tattoo, or do I need to bring a design?

I design everything custom for you. You're welcome to bring reference images, sketches, or just describe your idea — I'll turn it into a finished tattoo design from scratch.

Yes. You'll receive up to 2 rounds of revisions as part of the process. I want you to be completely happy before we proceed. If you need changes beyond that, we can discuss it.

Deposit payments are made via the client portal. I accept cash or PAYID at the studio for the remaining amount owing.

Get a full night's sleep, eat a proper meal before arriving, stay hydrated, and avoid alcohol for at least 24 hours. Wear comfortable, loose clothing that gives easy access to the tattoo area. Bring snacks, water, headphones, and a phone charger.

How do I care for my new tattoo?

I'll apply Second Skin (a transparent protective film) which stays on for 4-5 days. After removal, wash gently with warm water and unscented soap, pat dry, and apply a thin layer of unscented moisturiser 3 times daily. Avoid direct sunlight, swimming, and heavy exercise for at least 48 hours. Full detailed aftercare instructions are provided.

How long does healing take?

Surface healing takes 2-3 weeks. Full healing beneath the skin takes 4-6 weeks. During this time, follow the aftercare instructions carefully for the best result.
